    Purchase your bike template and start designing.

    Create your motocross graphics using your preferred vector design software.

    When designing:

    - Work at 100 percent scale
    - Embed all linked images
    - Convert fonts to Curves

    - Use the COLOUR lock up

  • UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN

    Shop your size bike, upload your design in and check out.

    Make sure that your design is:

    AI (Adobe Illustrator)
    Editable vector PDF

    Include a minimum 5mm bleed beyond all outer CUT LINES. Place cut paths on a separate layer from artwork.

  • PRODUCTION PREPARATION

    Once your file is received, our team prepares it for printing.

    This includes:

    • File preflight
    • Production setup
    • Checking bleed and cut paths

    We do not redesign, resize, or alter artwork content.

  • PRINTING

    Graphics are produced using premium motocross-grade vinyl and laminated in either a matte or gloss finish.

    Each kit is manufactured to a single, uncompising production standard to ensure consistent colour, precise fit and long-term resilience on the bike.

  • DISPATCH

    Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the artwork upload.

    At checkout, you can choose whether your order is dispatched in Takt Manufacturing branded packaging or white-label packaging suitable for resale under your own brand.

  • APPLICATION

    Step by step instructions for installing the graphics will be supplied. Correct surface preparation and installation techniques are required to achieve the best fit, adhesion and kit longevity.
